Garantías

Debes tener en cuenta al momento de solicitar una garantía:

Para realizar cambio, debe ser en un plazo máximo de 5 días tras recibir la orden. Los artículos que vas a cambiar deben estar en perfectas condiciones, con las etiquetas aún puestas y en su empaque original. Los costos de envío deben ser asumidos por el cliente.

Por higiene no aceptamos cambios de ropa interior, incluyendo vestidos de baño, bodys y pantalones deportivos primera piel de BOHEMIAN STORE, excepto cuando se presenten defectos de fabricación que serán evaluados por nuestro equipo de calidad.
Artículo 11, ley 1480 del 2011

Las prendas serán cambiadas sólo por prendas de las mismas colecciones, (sujeto a disponibilidad del producto). Y se recibirán por el valor actual de la prenda. No tendrán cambio por prendas de última y/o nueva colección.

Garantía: Las prendas cuentan de un período de 30 días de garantía sobre desperfectos de fábrica. 30 días a partir de la fecha de compra.

Los defectos por incorrecta utilización, mala manipulación, desgastes producidos por un uso normal del mismo, tales como: daños en costuras, rotos, mal lavado o secado. No serán reconocidos como garantía.
